The Caesar salad is a staple in many households and restaurants. It's loved for its simplicity, freshness, and the wonderful blend of flavors. However, the Circuit Caesar Salad takes this classic to a new level of sophistication and taste.

The story of the Caesar Salad is an interesting one. It was first created in the 1920s by an Italian-American restaurateur named Caesar Cardini. Cardini was living in Tijuana, Mexico at the time and reportedly invented the salad out of necessity when he ran out of other ingredients.

For our version, the inspiration came from the Iron Chef's unique twist on the traditional. We wanted to create a Caesar Salad that was familiar yet exciting, and we achieved this by adding an unexpected ingredient - capers. Capers add a tangy punch to the salad, breaking up the creaminess of the dressing and adding a new layer of flavor that's sure to surprise and delight.

By adding this Iron Chef twist, we've turned the traditional Caesar Salad into a 'Circuit Caesar Salad'. It's still the salad you know and love, but with a subtle new flavor that makes it even more delicious. Whether you're serving it as a side dish or a light main course, this salad is sure to be a hit. So why not give it a try? We're sure you'll love it as much as we do!
