Garlic knots have a humble origin, re-purposed from pizza dough scraps in pizzerias across New York City. Our Bot-Baked Garlic Knots bring an Iron Chef level of sophistication to this simple dish, transforming it into a star attraction at any dining table.

Our inspiration for this recipe came from Iron Chef's tendency to take ordinary ingredients and elevate them through innovative techniques and flavor combinations. We wanted our garlic knots to reflect that same spirit of culinary creativity.

Our twist on the classic recipe involves adding parmesan cheese to the garlic butter topping. This small alteration adds another layer of flavor that makes our garlic knots stand out from traditional versions. The parmesan cheese, once baked, forms a crispy, savory crust that complements the soft, fluffy interior of the knot perfectly.

Another unique feature is the dough preparation. We allow the dough to rise for a longer time, resulting in an even fluffier and lighter texture that is sure to impress.

Finally, we serve our Bot-Baked Garlic Knots with marinara sauce for dipping. This tangy, savory sauce adds a burst of flavor that brings the whole dish together. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors that will make you fall in love with garlic knots all over again.

Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or a beginner, this recipe is a fun and delicious project that is sure to impress your guests. So why not roll up your sleeves and give these Bot-Baked Garlic Knots a try? You'll be glad you did.
